Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapy is a health care profession which provides services to an individual to address developing, maintaining and or restoring an individual’s ability to participate in activities of daily living. An occupational therapist works with a client on personal care activities including dressing, grooming, bathing, and eating and more advanced self-care activities such as cooking, home and money management. The occupational therapist also addresses functional use of the arms and hands by working on gross and fine motor control, range of motion and strengthening.

Our Occupational Therapy staff offers an abundance of experience and training in all areas of orthopedic and neurological diagnosis. We have staff therapists who are certified in NDT training and educated in the Neuo-Ifrah Approach for the treatment of neurological impairments.
