SAGE Rehabilitation Hospital is a 42-bed acute inpatient physical rehabilitation hospital. We are located in the heart of the medical community just off of Essen Lane in Baton Rouge. 

This intensive, comprehensive and goal directed inpatient program utilizes a team of rehabilitation specialists to guide patients along a practical and individualized treatment pathway designed to maximize functional independence. 

Within hours of consultation a clinical liaison will conduct an on-site pre-admission evaluation. The patient and family will have an opportunity to meet our team and tour our facility.
